WHAT YOU’LL GET

Salary of $42,000 per year. Having a salary means you always know how much your paycheque will be.
Only work Monday to Friday (5:30 pm at the latest).
Benefits after 6 months.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will lead a team of 2 – 3 other team members, direct their activities and will help ensure that cleaning jobs is finished on time / up to Company standards.
Although you are the team leader you will also perform various residential and office cleaning activities, which may include: cleaning bathrooms, washing floors, cleaning kitchens, vacuuming carpets / floors, dusting, polishing and other cleaning related activities.
You will drive the team from location to location in the branded company car.
You will train new team members.
You will complete all required job checklists and will communicate with head office regarding any issues, incidents or if more time is needed at a location.
Every day you will start your day at the Vancouver office to pick up supplies & the company car. At the end of the day you will return to the office to refill supplies & start laundry.

WHO YOU ARE

You must have +6 months experience as a Cleaning Team Leader.
You must have a valid class 5 BC driver license.
You must have a valid work permit authorizing you to work in Canada.
You must be able to provide a recent criminal record check.
You are a very hardworking, reliable, energetic, athletic, and genuine person with a great personality.
You are able to speak and write English.
You are physically fit & will not have an issue with repetitive motions associated with cleaning (wiping, kneeling, squatting, standing, pushing & pulling up / down or forward / back).

LOOKING FOR

WHAT YOU’LL GET

Pay starts at $16.00 / hour.
If you have a BC drivers licence you can earn an extra $1.00 / hour for driving the company car.
If you are a shift supervisor you can earn an extra $1.00 / hour.
Work full-time or part-time up to 40 hours per week. Shifts are available between 8 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Sunday.
Every day you will be picked up & dropped off near a downtown sky train station.
Paid travel time.
2 weeks’ vacation pay.
Bonus potential 2 times a year.
All cleaning supplies & company shirts are provided.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Perform various cleaning activities, which may include: cleaning bathrooms, washing floors, cleaning kitchens, cleaning stairs, vacuuming carpets / floors, dusting, polishing and other cleaning related activities in accordance with instructions provided by your Team Leader.
Utilize specific cleaning techniques taught to you by the Company.
Report any broken items, accidents or injuries immediately to your Leader.

You must have a work permit authorizing you to work in Canada.
You must be able to provide a recent criminal record check.
You are a hardworking, reliable, energetic, athletic, and genuine person with a great personality.
Your attention to detail is amazing.
You can keep up a good work pace while consistently adhering to high standards.
You are physically fit & will not have an issue with repetitive motions associated with cleaning such as such as wiping, kneeling, squatting, standing, pushing & pulling up / down or forward / back.
